Voxna provides AI-powered after-hours phone answering for property management, including call handling, resident verification, ticket creation, and emergency escalation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: accessing unauthorized data, interfering with service availability, or using the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide maintenance windows and notify users of planned downtime.

6. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Voxna is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
